Sterling Silver and gold naturally does tarnish, especially silver, the item purchased may arrive to you cleaner or more tarnished than the photo, depending how long it’s been listed, I do clean most jewellery the best I can, I try and send items ready for wear. I try and avoid using harsh chemicals to clean.

 

PACKAGING

 

In some instances, I video the whole packaging process, this is proof of condition once sent. This is to protect you and I from fraudulent damage claims. Items are sent with care in postal boxes.
