Worden System RC22 Lamp Form (Full) for 22” stained glass lamp shade plus RC22-1 Traditional Fruit Pattern.  

The lamp form is used. The RC22-1 Traditional Fruit uncut Pattern is included as shown. Has light wear, see pics. The form is assembled into a full form using six sectional forms. This allows you to build a complete lamp rather than by section. The Magic Strips are attached, and you will receive a complete set of glass cutting pattern sheets. Has a vase cap attached to the top for stability? Bent fruit not included. Magic Strips can be removed to build additional designs.
