I am listing it as 'Seller Refurbished' as it has been professionally polished and serviced, by a respected Seiko watch restorer. The watch is like new.

I'm at an age where I am rehoming most of the items I have collected over the years and it’s time to part from few of my vintage - retro Seiko and Citizen Scuba Diver Watches as none of the grandkids are interested. The watch was stored in my Citizen display box for many years.

 

This listing is for a Vintage and Rare Seiko 7002-700A diver’s watch. The Seiko 7002 was produced from 1988 until 1996. It is Japan made, quartz, mineral crystal, date, blue dial, florescent hands, and original Seiko strap. The dimensions of its case approximately is 41mm wide (not including the crown) by 13mm thick and is water resistant to 150 meters. The gap between the lugs is 22mm and the rubber band can be removed using a band removal tool to be replaced with another band.

The Seiko 7002-700A "SDS003" is a 41mm men's automatic watch with a stainless steel case and a blue analog dial protected by hardlex crystal. It uses a 7002 caliber with 17 jewels running at 21,600bph. The 7002 caliber is a self-winding mechanical movement that cannot be manually wound or hacked (the second hand does not stop when the crown is pulled out). It ticks 6 times per second which gives the second hand a smoother movement than quartz watches which tick once per second. The watch should run for up to 40 hours when fully wound and will self-wind when moved. It is 150m Water Resistant with a Black bezel.  The case of the 7002-700A measures approximately 41mm wide (not including the crown) by 13mm thick and is water resistant to 150 meters. It’s in an immaculate and clean condition for its age, professionally Restored / refurbished and serviced. I have never wore this watch and it remained in my Seiko display case all these years. It may has signs of storage as it was living in my Seiko display box for years. The crystal is ‘crystal clear, while I cannot find any mark on its bezel.  Please see the pictures related to these areas. Overall is in a immaculate condition and working order.
