I'm at an age where I am rehoming most of the items I have collected over the years and it’s time to part from few of my vintage - retro Seiko and Citizen Scuba Diver Watches as none of the grandkids are interested. The watch was stored in my Citizen display box for many years, during this time it has been serviced by Citizen.
This listing is for a Vintage and Rare CITIZEN Promaster, Divers 100 M, Serial no. 8501200, Case no. 5510-H13219. It’s case type is (as in all Promasters of that era) is GN-4-S, which indicates a water resistant type - with a screw down case back and sealed crystal.
It
is Japan made, quartz, mineral
crystal, date, blue dial, florescent hands, grey nylon NATO G10 type strap. The
strap is not original for this watch. The dimensions of case approximately are 44mm/40mm/10mm,
while the dimensions of its glass is 27mm-23mm.
It’s in a very good and clean condition for its age,
there are few marks on the crystal and bezel, the upper case is clean while
there is a small mark at the back of the case which is hidden by the strap. Please
see the pictures related to these areas. Overall is in a very good working
order and condition for its age, with the usual Citizen Promaster movement.
The watch comes without any further accessories, only the watch as shown.
No manual or original box, I keep all my watches in display cases, so there was no need to keep it .. until now :-).
