Returns

If you do end up changing your mind, you can cancel for free - right up to the point that the Delivery Team have left your property.

If however you accept the delivery and later realise that you have ordered the incorrect item or it does not fit, you have 14 days to notify us. We will be able to offer an exchange to a different item or a collection and refund, both would incur a £38 charge to cover the cost of collection/delivery.
