No bar or chain.  Saw is not locked down.  Saw seems complete and with a broken front handle (pictured) as the only major imperfection I saw while taking pics.  Please look carefully at pics before purchasing as this is as used saw, it may have damaged or missing items I did not catch.  This listing is sold AS-IS NO WARRANTY.  I do not try to start trade in saws, we do not provide any diagnostics.   We ship USPS or UPS ground based on cheapest price.  All sales are final.
