Our Grading System

The table below is an overview of how our grading system works. The first grade is for the sleeve and second grade is for the media/disc, e.g. VG+/EX means that the item's sleeve is in Very Good Plus condition and the media/disc is in Excellent condition.

If there is only one condition, e.g. /EX, it means that the item is not in a picture sleeve and that the media/disc is in excellent condition. Records that aren't in picture sleeves will either be in a company sleeve or a generic plain sleeve. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Combined Postage

If you add all the items you wish to purchase from us to your shopping basket/cart, and then go to the checkout page from the shopping basket page, the shipping cost will be automatically combined.

Packaging

All of our items are parcelled using strong specially designed packaging, each vinyl in an order is placed in a clear plastic sleeve and plain paper white sleeve, and is separated from its cover (unless it is advertised as sealed), to prevent any damage during transit. If an item is sealed, and you would prefer the vinyl to be placed outside of its sleeve before dispatch, please let us know.

Tracked delivery

If you wish to have a tracking number with your order, please select the "Signed" or "Express" delivery option, "Standard" delivery does not include a tracking number.

What does "deletion cut" mean?

Deletion cuts refer to titles that have been deleted or removed from manufacturing and distribution. It also refers to the manner in which the cover is marked to denote this. Remaining stock of a deleted title are sent through machines that punch, cut or clip the cover.

Does a used item include the original inner sleeve/insert/poster etc.?

We will always include in the description if a used item includes any additional parts, e.g. "with inner" or "includes poster", if you know an item originally came with any additional parts, such as a printed inner sleeve, and it isn't mentioned in the description, then generally the used item won't include it, but please feel free to ask. New items will always be complete, unless otherwise specified.
