This vintage original Twiggy Gear outfit was only made by Mattel in 1968 for Twiggy doll. Note: this outfit fits Francie and Casey too. 

The set consists of a "Twiggy" tagged striped knit top with attached vinyl/"faux" leather white pants, blue plastic belt with silver buckle, floppy hat with blue  blue "squishy" bow flat shoes marked "Japan" on the bottom, and a plastic camera. Note: there are a few missing/loose threads along the neckline of the knit top and the pants are a bit stiff but still pliable.
