This vintage original Twiggy Turnouts outfit was only made by Mattel in 1968 for Twiggy doll. Note: this outfit fits Francie and Casey too. 

The set consists of a "Twiggy" tagged sleeveless metallic mini dress with multicolor striped bodice and silver colored skirt with attached shiny silver belt at the hip, two piece nylon striped swimsuit, and gray vinyl boots marked "Japan" on the bottoms. Note the elastic straps on the swimsuit top have stretched and where are loose/missing threads around the swimsuit bottom leg openings, see close up photos.
