Mattel Hot Wheels Toys 15th Birthday Promo Belt Buckle Vintage Hong Kong ...a fun old promotional, 15th Birthday commemorative belt buckle for Mattel Hot Wheels, 1968-1983. This is a dark gold tone metal buckle with darkened accents, made in Hong Kong in 1982. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some patina and some wear and tear from age or use. The buckle measures approximately 2-5/8" x 1-7/8" and it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt. Please ask any questions before you buy and look at all the photos, what you see is what you are buying. Thank you.
