I will start by saying this unique Waltham factory dial has flaws though clean and totally original and really not a common piece at all and if you're a true collector then you know this. I have for sale a 23-jewel model 1893, 18 size Waltham serviced pocket watch and in a sterling silver super clean case. Across this pocket watch is 58mm so it is an 18 size indeed. The case is signed "A.W.C.Co, sterling" and the serial number is 971,818. There is a name engraved on the inside of the back of the case and can be removed once bought. The hands are medium thick spade railroad hands, and the crystal is glass not a flaw. This is a model 1892 movement as mentioned prior, and there are 23 clean and inspected jewels. The jewels are all in solid gold raised settings and perfect at that! The damskeen pattern is brilliant and notice the micro rotor had a solid gold regulator "Star". On the balance cock there is a genuine diamond end stone and as well under the dial there is a diamond end stone or a "cap jewel" as some call it. The serial number for this movement is 14,000,234 which tells me this gem was made at the Waltham American factory in the year 1904. Serviced the proper way so expect a great timekeeper indeed.
