As clean as can be and I have freshly serviced this gem to perfection so expect and excellent timekeeper indeed. This is an Omega signed 14 karat solid gold case and tested as well. The case reference number is 30,862 and there is a personal engraving on the back. From lug to lug this gold case is 38mm long and wide less the crown it is 25mm. The dial is original and with a beautiful patina. as well the hands are excellent and Omega pieces. The movement is once again freshly serviced and it is an Omega caliber R17.8 with 17 clean and inspected jewels. The serial number for this piece is 10,490,955 which tells me this Omega was produced for the Tiffany &Co in new York City in the year 1946 and runs like day one. The band is leather never worn at 18mm in width. The crystal is glass and flawless. As clean as can be and keeps awesome time for sure ;-)
