This item is a GI Joe 25th Anniversary - 2007 Lt. Torpedo - MOC - 100% complete.  The figure is in great shape as it is unused and still attached to its original manufacturer's card.  The figure is also complete with all accessories.  The card in itself is in very good shape but does show storage wear.  Please note that when I state the figure is MOC I am referring to the figure only and not the card it is still attached to.  You receive everything in the photo.

Shipping for this item alone within the United States will be $9.00.  Shipping for this item outside of the United States will be $25.  I will combine on shipping costs for multiple purchases made and I do ship worldwide.
