Dunfion chanter has a clever stock which splits in two and doubles up as a reed protector.  Dunfion stock and chater not attached to bag, but you can do this yourself.

Also, uncluded is an adjustle blow pipe,which was adjusted by the makers (Ayrshire bagpipes) to fit small pipe blow pipe stock.
