This is a NEW Directv H24 HD receiver. DTV will sometime refurbish their units, and send them out as new, but these are guaranteed to work. They come with new access card, RF remote, HDMI cable.

All receivers are cleaned, tested, and RID's are verified as "CLEAN" with Directv before being listed. Comes with power cord, access card and a used remote.  

You will need to have an active Directv account and a monthly fee may be added for each additional receiver depending on which type of account you are adding the box to...residential, commercial, hotel, all have different rules.  Ask DTV before you click "buy it now"
