Used works as should would replace bushing and seal on shifter see pictures

What you see is what you get Used and dirty.

"used" parts may have scratches and imperfections from standard wear/usage.  This is very dirty and grimey as it was off a running vehicle that had some oil leakage from the 4 cylinder engine.
