Picture cardboard sleeve is in very good plus condition.  Slight corner rubbing but minimal.  Round circle mark on front most probably where a price sticker has been removed.

Printed inner lyrics sleeve is in excellent condition.

Record has been test played and has been found to be in excellent plus condition.
