William Ridgeway & Co. stoneware/transferware teapot from approximately 1834-1854, manufactured in Staffordshire England. Teapot is in VERY GOOD condition with only a slight chip on the top lid (inside rim) which cannot be seen when the top is on. There is crazing throughout...typical of this stoneware. Transfers are still very crisp...I do see some color/shade variations with age. Teapot measures 7" in height and width and 11" in length.
