This book is in VERY GOOD condition but does have 3 issues: a stain on the front cover, something whited out on inside cover and a name written on the title page (see pics 2, 3 and 4). Otherwise, the book is intact and has no issues other than normal wear. I am very picky about the condition of the books that I sell and try to be very thorough about the exact condition when listing them. The pictures that you see are of the book you will actually get, so you don't have to guess at the condition!
