Full and complete set of original Scanlens 1982 QRL cards. Most are in near mint condition but a few, including the checklists, were much loved and are worn. Pictures form part of the description of items.

In 1982 Scanlens produced a set of 76 QRL trading cards.....
Possibly because of a tie-in with the The 1982 Winfield State League - and this was the inaugural season of the Queensland Rugby League's statewide competition. A total of 14 teams competed in the inaugural season, 8 of which were BRL Premiership clubs.....The 1982 Brisbane Rugby League premiership was the 74th season of Brisbane's professional rugby league football competition. Eight teams from across Brisbane competed for the premiership, which culminated in a grand final match between the Wynnum-Manly and Southern Suburbs clubs.
The QRL Cards represented a one-off series, as they were never replicated again, probably due to the increased popularity of the NSWRL competition.
Each team had a checklist, and either 9 or 10 players were represented, depending on the team.
