Relisted due to successful bidder not completing the purchase - without looking at the caravan --------------------PLEASE NOTE THE POST CODE NE49 9PG - No dealers please. You are bidding to buy not to think about it!!!

We have decided its time to sell our caravan, we only got away for 2 weekend last year and it would be better if someone could get better use from her. Abbey Acclaim, 2006, 4 berth with a double fixed bed (very comfy!) to the rear. We are the second owners and we have owned her for 5 years. The caravan is dry and (mostly) damp free - see below

The caravan is ready to go for the season and I can deliver for £1.50/ mile (1 way). We are near Hexham (NE49 9PG).

Everything works, the mattress and seats are in very good condition. The caravan isn't new of course so expect some marks/ bumps/ scratches here and there. We have looked after her though.

There are some negative things to mention here;

(1) I have repaired the cable from the tow hitch was frayed having rubbed on the road
(2) the tap sensor to the kitchen tap failed so I installed a rocker switch under the counter
(3) I cant find the stabilizer wind handle so can use my socket set when you collect her.
(4) The door fly screen was damaged and has been removed

(5) We have discovered that some water was seeping around the door frame which has now been re- sealed with Dow Coring silicone (see photos). The side panel of the seating bench is therefore water damaged (stained). I've taken some photos of the panel with the cloth pouch on and off. The floor looks to be unaffected (see chassis photos).
We have set a low reserve at £2000 to reflect these points

Please note you are bidding to buy, not bidding to come and haggle/ kick tyres. Happy for you to come and take a look any time and happy to take more photos or answer any questions. Caravan service company inspection welcome before you bid.

(No awning, we never felt we needed one)

Thanks

Steve
