I bought this M-DAC+ from Richer Sounds in November 2023 and I was very pleased with it. Then I bought a faulty, brand new Audiolab 7000CDT transport from HiFi-Madness to go with the 6000N Play, and the CDT caused me months of hassle with Audiolab and HiFi-Madness, ending when HiFi-Madness gave me a refund. You can read more about the fault if you search avforums for 7000CDT quirk. I regret leaving HiFi-Madness positive feedback, which I can't remove now. As my sister said, "You should've gone to Richer Sounds". So now I have a Musical Fidelity CD player, which I prefer, then the helpful people at Richer Sounds provided a Chord Qutest for me to try at home. A musician friend remarked that it could not be better. To me, the M-DAC+ sounds good but the Qutest is at a higher level so I can't go back to using the Audiolab. That is why I'm selling a DAC that is as good as never used. It even has the protective film on the display. I never put batteries in the remote control.

Though purchased from Richer Sounds, I received the M-DAC+ direct from Audiolab In Huntingdon, the box being wrapped in a plastic film as shown in the photo. So everything is pristine: DAC, remote control, mains lead, instructions and box. Audiolab do not include batteries so I don't. I kept it in my smoke-free, child-free, pet-free home. If you choose to collect it in person I shall need some proof, possibly including a signed receipt and a photo of you holding it.

I am selling it to support children from Ukraine and nearby countries so I would encourage generous offers and bids.

Relisted due to a buyer outside the UK not paying.
