The measurements, armpit to armpit : 24" or 61cm 

 the length centre of the rear neckline to the hem: 23" or 58cm.

I can confirm this jumper worn and washed condition with some bobbling at places a bit a specially under armpits  no tear or damage as I can see , as this is machine knitted fabric with Angora fluffy patches so it's not naturally even but can't see any irregular  wear in the jumper, no marks or holes or pulls as I can see.
