Let Us Dream Don Blanding Hardcover 1933 First Edition First Printing.  Personalized signature.  Dust cover has wear and is fragile (tears rips)  .  Looks like might have been in a damp place as there is evidence of some discoloration. Has some pencil "tick marks" next to some headings. Has newspaper cut out from when he was signing books.  Has type written pages attached in the back.  Looks to be maybe from the person who the book was signed to but just a guess.  Also has a small juniper branch between a couple of pages that I left.  Kind of cool to think it could have been from when original owner had it.  Please refer to pics as they tell the story of condition.   Thanks for looking!!!!
