Domestic shipping is so expensive that it is just appalling. I charge exact postage with no handling fees and will ship as it cheaply as possible. If I have accidentally overcharged what the post office charges me for shipping, I will refund the difference. (Standing on the bathroom scale with and without the package isn't the most accurate way to get the weight.) I personally incur the cost of envelopes, wrap, baggies, etc. and do not pass that on to the buyer. I recycle when I can. Weight for the packed item is listed in the auction. Multiple purchases are combined, re-packed, and re-weighed. I ship within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment.
