This is a lovely 7" tall vintage doll.  I am not really familiar with this type doll but my research online lead me to label her bisque.  Please check out the pictures to confirm the doll's composition.   She is marked Japan on the back.  There's a few paint rubs on the hair.   She really is a sweet doll.
