I accept 100% returns if the item is "not as described or damaged upon arrival" .  If for some reason you dislike the item, too small, too big, wrong color then you wanted etc... buyer will need to pay for shipping to and from.  Shipping is very expensive!  If the item comes back used and it was new when purchased they there will be an additional 30% taken off the refund as I will no longer be able to sell the item as new.
