I am not a professional grader, this is my opinion as a comic collector and fan.

This is so cool! I am a huge SOAD fan and I am sad to see this go! Clearing out the basement. This book is super high grade, 3 barely there ticks on the front that a clean and press may be able to get rid of. I think its around a 9.2 - 9.4.
