This stamp features the statue “Contemplation of Justice,” by well-known American sculptor James Earle Fraser. Fraser also designed the buffalo nickel issued by the U.S. Treasury in 1913.

  • Priority Mail for above 15 oz                       Arrives within  2 to 3 days
