After years of great but infrequent service whilst the children were at school / university, we no longer have any use for this binder.
It has been at the back of a cupboard for some years.
Without instructions but I found them in minutes by doing a google search. I cannot send you the link as eBay won't allow it!
There are about 25 smaller cones and about 8 with a larger diameter. Some of the white ones are more yellow than they were and some of the tags are no longer straight.
