Irish Ordnance Survey One Inch Map of Dublin District.   Originally Published by Ordnance Survey in Southampton in 1918, Reprinted at the OS Office in Dublin in 1944. Revised in 1898. Railways revised to 1944.

An interesting map, largely based on the 1918 UK OS publication with contouring and hill-shading, updated and reproduced with revisions by the Director of the Ordnance Survey at Phoenix Park, Dublin. It retains the attractive appearance of the original map.  The covers are standard Irish covers of the time, pasted to the back of the map and in very good condition.
It is printed on a heavy paper and is almost all in excellent condition, apart from a split in one fold, lower right on the map, which runs largely in the sea from the margin to Kingstown. This has been stopped in its tracks with conservation tape on the rear side.

Discount will be applied where appropriate on postage of multiple purchases bought over a maximum period of four days and posted to the UK.  This is one of a number of maps being listed currently.  Up to 10 maps may be sent in the UK for a maximum of £3.60 postage, so please see my other offers.
