Appears to be the internal & comprehensive documentation for the building of the Kingston Dam (near Mellon's Rolling Rock) in Pennsylvania on the border of Derry & Ligonier. 



Identified J.G. White Engineering (NYC) this records the Latrobe Water Contract (1918-22). The album is built to be used, each photograph adhered only at one short edge so that the information on reverse could be easily viewed. This information is also often typed w/ dates.
