This is a Used Right Side Hood Hinge Bracket that fits 1948-1952 Ford Pickup Truck F1 F2 F3.  This may be an original part as it came off of a 1949 F-1 but one of the studs (without the nut) may need to be rethreaded or replaced with a bolt.
