The glass is good and all parts seem to be here. When I first plugged in it ran a little, then stopped. The small hand on clock seems loose. It stays in place but it is floppy if touched.

I don't know anything about electronics but I did open the bottom and it looks like a little transistor.  This is probably what needs replacing and you gave yourself a fine working vintage clock. The gold coating is old, see pictures.
