These work well up to 700 farenheit. Not advised to use in an Ooni or wood fired oven if the temperature exceeds 700 farenheit as the disk could warp, but excellent in temperatures up to that or in a home oven.

These discs and other Lloyd Pan products have beauty marks from the coating process but do not impare the performance of the product.
