6 Place Setting Silver Rose Pattern.

Canteen of cutlery in rosewood varnished wooden box inlaid with black velvet and cream silk with brass hinges.

Probably from 50s/60s.

Box is 51x34x9 CM approx

6 x Composite handled dinner knives - 24 cms in length.

6 x Composite handled dessert knives - approx 21 cms in length.

6 x Dinner forks - approx 20cm.

6 x Dessert Forks - approx 18 cm.

6 x Soup Spoons - approx 18 cm.

6 x Dessert spoons - approx 18.5 cm.

6 x Teaspoons - approx 13.5 cm.

6 x coffee spoons(?)

6 x Fish Knives - approx 20.5 cm.

6 x Fish Forks - approx 17.5 cm.

4 x Serving Spoons - approx 20 cm.

❗️Also includes 3 piece set of steel,meat fork.

Due to eBay selling rules on bladed articles I cannot photograph or list large implements.

The box appears to have been finished with a rosewood coloured stain/varnish at a later date.It has a very good looking glossy finish.Maybe not the best I’ve seen and could have done with an extra bit of sanding between varnish coats but I’m just nit-picking.Looks impressive still.

This weighs approximately 6kg hence higher postage.
