This is a 1975 Panama gold coin with a denomination of 500 Balboas. It is uncirculated and has a fineness of 0.9, with an AGW (actual gold weight) of 1.2066 ozt. The coin was minted to commemorate the 500th anniversary of Vasco Nunez De Balboas birth.  On the obverse it features the national coat of arms and the reverse features a kneeling armored figure holding a sword and flag.  It has been certified by NGC with a grade of PF 69 ULTRA CAMEO and a certification number of 6894001-023, this coin also has a very low mintage of 9,824 coins being made and only 54 of them have been given a grade of PF 69 UC and only 17 have been graded higher by NGC.  The KM number is KM# 42.
