New old stock and nearly impossible to find complete! These are usually missing the boat. There is a little wear around the edges of the cardboard and a couple of marks on the front of Popeye's hat, as well as a mark on top of his nose. The boat measures 13" in length and the cardboard backing is 11" tall. An awesome piece for a Popeye collector.
