MUSIC MAN 2003 Axis EX Trans Gold
Description
AXISEX model with beautiful heathered quilted maple top and trans gold color.
It is made in Japan, assembled in a domestic workshop designated by Music Man using the same parts as the USA model, and has a top made of quilted maple veneer and maple, a basswood body back, and the same parts as the EVH model. A toggle switch is placed in the position. (USAAxis model has a switch next to Volume)
The neck grip is symmetrical, which is typical of EVH models, and the pickup is equipped with an original Dimarzio custom humbucker.
This is a piece that does not have a lot of dark spots on the back of the neck.
There are two areas where large dents have been touched up on the edge of the body back.
There are many small dents and scratches on the back of the body, scratches on the back edge (near the end pin), and multiple small dents on the sides and end.
There are no dents in the frets, about 80-90% of them are intact, and there are no problems with the neck and rod.
