Vintage Hand Made Repousse Patterned Silverplated Knife Handle Ballpoint Pen.  Still writes with black ink.  Pen needs a good cleaning/polishing.  Comes in a grey velour pouch.  The pen is unsigned.  The pouch is labeled "Two's Company" on the inside.
