Case and saxophone have condition consistent with age. The silver finish on the saxophone  has oxidation from many years of sitting in the case and use over the years. There are no dents in the saxophone, and it has all of the pearls on the keys. The saxophone probably needs a good cleaning / oiling as well as new pads. Unusual to find these antique saxophones with no dents. The case is very sturdy, but has the wear consistent with age and use over many years. It has the typical musty smell from the silver tarnish  of the saxophone and velvety interior as you would expect. The reeds are old, but still in their original packaging . They may work, and may be brittle, I am unsure. The last 2 photos shows what the numbers and letters mean on the saxophone. L is for low pitch, and C is for C- melody .
