Vintage black dress from St Michael

Wool, tailored.

A 1997 design.

I love the high V neck and wide shoulder straps, such a good example of dress design from that era!

This had a small hole on the bodice so I have repaired it by hand embroidering black daisies on the top front half.

Steam cleaned, ready to wear.

Truly one of a kind.

So versatile to layer over a shirt, polo neck, dress smart for work, fancy for a party or grunge it down with boots, it is the best little black dress in a classic shift shape.
