Tested and working. I'm not completely sure what year this is. It looks like the last 2 digits are 81 or 8 and something, but it may be a 6 instead of an 8. If it's an 80 something then the leads have been changed from plastic wiring to cloth wiring. If it's 60's it's late 60's because i know they hand wrote the date code in the majority of the 60's. I lean towards it not being the original cover but i'm not positive.
