the lovely thing about silk is the way it drapes.  You can wear a garment with alot of fabric and it will not add bulk to your form.  At a size 6 this romper will have flowy fabric but I think it will accommodate a size 8 to 10 even.  I am a petite 10 and this fits me.  ***See photos for measurements to determine the best fit for you.
