Picture cardboard gatefold sleeve is in very good to very good plus condition.  There ismiderate rubbing ti a couple of the corners. Not too bad as it blends in with the colour of the sleeve. Everything else is fine.

Printed inner lyrics sleeve is in excellent condition.

Record has been test played and has been found to be in near mint condition.  Great condition record.
