Dell Latitude E5550 Laptop used.

Condition is worn (specifically the outer lid coating has peeled).

No damage to the mouse track pad, camera, keyboard or screen and still boots up/runs really fast.

It recently had a battery fail, so a new Dell battery has been fitted and new Dell charger will be supplied. However it will not charge past 1%… (battery health is ‘excellent’).

There has been a Dell Command power manager error pop up, stating a charger with greater than 65W needs to be used. So, it could just simply require a more powerful charger for the new battery.

No longer needed as I’ve now got a new laptop.

Windows 10 has been reset ready for a new user.
