All records are put in a new paper sleeve and then sleeve, record and inlay are put in a plastic sleeve

All stored in a clean, dry, smoke and pet-free environment

As much as possible we try to grade our records as fairly as possible:

NM - we rarely list a record in NM condition unless it looks as though it's never been played

EX - in extremely nice condition, at most it will have one or two light scratches, scuffs

VG+ - just below EX condition

VG - has some decent wear, mostly light scratches

G+ - has fairly significant wear but no really deep scratches

G - record probably stored without an inlay, has a lot of wear - mostly children's records

We don't list records under what we consider G condition
