Offered here for your consideration is an Old or Antique Persian or Egyptian Solid Silver Covered Potpourri Bowl. 
It dates from the late 19th to early 20th century and is in overall good used condition with expected light bends and impressions, wear and dings to the foot, light surface scratches and scuffing here and there, and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.  

The lid is silver-plated and unmarked.  

Measurements: Height: 3 1/2 in. Diameter: 4 5/8 in.
