Overall very good condition over a century old hardcover book. Exterior of the book is very clean with design and text to the front cover very well intact. Title text to the spineface is all but completely faded away with design still visible. Outer corner edges of the boards have minor rubs. Interior of the book is very clean and very well intact. Book's binding is tight and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. At the back inside hinge the paper covering the gutter shows some superficial tatter however, as mentioned, this is only superficial tatter to the endpaper and the hinge is not cracked. Book has no odors.

Book totals 493 pages, measures approximately 9 1/4 x 6 1/2 x 1 3/4 inches and weighs about 3 1/2 pounds.
