This order is for 2 pairs of fully custom foot orthotics. 

I will ship you the foam impression box and include a prepaid return label.  You will use the included instructions and the foam impression box to capture the unique shape of your foot and arch.  You will then use the prepaid return label to mail the kit back to me. 

Once I receive the foam impression kit back in the mail, it will be used to create a plaster mold of your feet that will then be modified and corrected to the unique shape of your feet.  A durable plastic shell will then be molded and shaped over the plaster cast.  Finally, a soft and durable top cover will be added to increase comfort and functionality.

Lastly, I will ship you the final 2 pairs of custom foot orthotics to you in the mail.
